ResNet is free "Best Effort" assistance available for students to provide support with their personal computers and electronic devices connecting to the university network and to assist students resolve computer related problems.
 
A student needing support should click on "Service Request" and complete the online form or bring their computer to the office in room 203 on the second floor of the Klarchek Information Commons or to our location on the 7th floor of 25 E. Pearson during normal business hours. No appointment is necessary!
